My name is Katerina Poloska, born and raised in Albania, a beautiful Mediterranean country all the way in Europe. 

 

My passion for baking comes all the way from my childhood. As a kid, I was spending a lot of time with my grandmother. I remember her always sharing her secret recipes with me and it was since then that I realized I wanted to become a sugar connoisseur. When I moved to the United States I decided to grow my passion for bakery and started a home based bakery business. As the time was going by and seeing myself growing professionally, I started my pastry studies. I moved from Florida to Las Vegas for a short period of time to follow the Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon and I’m proud to define my artisanship under his guidance. 

 

My dream to open my own bakery store became a reality. I’m beyond excited and happy to share my passion with all of you can’t wait to see where this takes me.
